Venue

A cinema in Rotterdam

The live screenings and pitches on Saturday 16 January 2027 take place at a cinema in Rotterdam. The venue has no role in organising the festival, its selection or its awards.

Entering

Entries are taken on FilmFreeway

Films and scripts alike are entered there, with the fee for the current deadline shown alongside.

Worth preparing first:

  • a screener link, subtitled in English wherever other languages are spoken
  • screenplays as a PDF in the usual industry layout
  • cleared rights for every track, clip and image you use

Rules & Terms covers eligibility, fees, formats and the steps after selection. Reading it first often saves a round of emails.
